NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS

 In Switzerland, the Board of Directors or “Conseil d’administration” in French and “Verwaltungsrat” in German is different than the ones in Gemany or the USA. In Switzerland, the director of the boards are ultimately liable even though they are not operationally running the company. This calls for experience and diligent Board Members who not only are experts in their field, but also know their duties and responsibilities according to Swiss laws.
