The contact form collects your name, business email, company and message. We use these details to respond and follow up on your enquiry. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry and service providers supporting its delivery. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents. We retain correspondence only as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, legal record-keeping duties or legal claims.
Hosting and security
Our website and enquiry emails use Infomaniak hosting in Switzerland. Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times, pages visited and browser information; retention depends on the hosting settings and provider policies. The contact form uses a necessary session cookie and IP-based abuse prevention to protect submissions. If you block this cookie, please email us instead.
Study statistics
We count study opens by study year, date and page language. The counter does not store names, email addresses or IP addresses. Repeat opens may count again: the figures do not represent unique readers or completed reads. The website does not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics.
